At YOKKAO, we stand by the quality of our Muay Thai gear and apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective wraps are intact to avoid damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
